Our design and planning service is ideal for domestic extensions, loft conversions, alterations and new build. After the initial free consultation, advice and approval of our written quotation, we will manage the process through the following stages:
1. Planning and design layout from your initial thoughts and ideas. We will visit your property to discuss the project with you.
2. Produce working drawings which are normally generated using the CAD Technology. We will arrange at this stage a further meeting to view your drawings and when you are satisfied that the design meets your requirements we will prepare the approval drawings.
3. Provide a full technical specification with detailed sections and foundation plans showing the precise construction to meet the latest building regulations.
4. We will manage your planning application and building regulation requirements from start to finish. We can also monitoring the applications progress and liaising with the local authority on any matters arising, amending drawings if necessary.
5. On approval of the application we will provide a presentation pack containing a full set of working drawings, calculations, technical specification and all the relevant documentation from the local authority.
